You see yesterday my friend took me to the gym. We exercised and such. I learned while she is faster on the treadmill I am more successful for the bikes. Which makes me wanting to get a bike all the more pronounced. Also the people in her gym are nice and a bit weird. but hey, weird is good. I think.
We went to the mall yesterday too. where I got a stretch cord and a yoga ball. The latter I then inflated like a balloon. Let's face it I had no pumps for it.
I been eating somewhere around 1100 to 1500 calories a day. Pretty good I say. I sure hope I am losing weight.
I did my exercises today as I said and succeeded in falling off the yoga ball. I still need to figure some stuff out with that. but it did something I thought it would and needed. My back has been all kinked and bugging me. when I had this problem in high school I would bend over backwards on a chair in my math class. Not sure how but those math class chairs always cracked my back into place. And so does that yoga ball when I bend over backwards on it. :D my back feels great!
My roller skates should be in tomorrow. I just checked and they are in the next town over along with the music book. no idea where the cloth is. But yeah. Amazon is a crazy job. good luck amazon people!
Also my one friend had her lover watch my blog. He thought I was nuts. but really this is so I can feel pressure and continue on my goal. who knows when I am 100 I can look back and say "Oh look at that, I was trying to be thinner."
