Day 10 of trying to lose weight

Hey Halie here! Where was I? Oh going portion crazy. Last night I went a bit nutso and put all my special k Ceral into serving size baggies so I don't over eat.  I was amused to see the differences between the cocoa almond vs Red berry ceral. Kinda amusing. but yeah.

I went shopping today and got almond breeze milk, 80 calories per a serving. though I am no longer sure I do serving size as I just do enough to get my ceral soggy enough. And yes ceral stays crunchy for 15 minutes. It does. or at least until I am finished eating it. all depends on the size of the ceral piece.

My rice bowls should be in Tuesday. Tuesday is going to be one hell of a busy day! I have places to be, events to take part in and idiots who won't admit they are wrong ever to deal with. How will I ever find the time to exercise or eat right? This is why people eat unhealthy, time contrasts. It would be so much easier to pack soda and nachos. Not healthier though. Anyways I only drink soda to calm my stomach down or in those lousy food places where there is no chance of water. Ugh. and people wonder why I carry around a water bottle complete with filter.

Tomorrow I will go for a walk I think. I need to keep losing weight or I will never be a size 16.
