Day five or six on losing weight

Halie again! :P

According to the doctor I lost 10 pounds. Hurray! I was super busy yesterday with a doctor's appointment and such. I even fell in a snow bank. not fun.

I been doing leg ups and such. getting stiff in the hip joints. guess I did too much the day before. I am able to do more reps and such, I just need to keep an eye on how I exercise. Do you guys know any good exercises I can do?

Also I am doing Kellogg codes to get free stuff from the items bought. That way I can make the most of stuff. :D If you have unused ones that you don't want to use, send them to me. thank you.
