Day 12 on trying to lose weight

Hey Halie here. I been currently struggling at keeping up my calories. I realized that most of my calories were earned from double portions and candy. Now that I eat a lot less of everything, it drops my calories drastically! A bit shocking to know that my diet was so strange.  I sound like such an extremist.

I am working on getting my calories right and also on exercise. I am enjoying exercising, which is kina funny since I hated it before. I don't exercise in like one sitting. I do most of it in one shot, but then I do bits and pieces though out the day. when I get bored I do some arm exercises.
