Day seven attempting to lose weight

Halie here again, Day seven. According to my doctor said I was 10 pounds lighter than I was last year. I like her scale better than mine. However I haven't lost anymore weight.

My friend told me that the excerises I am doing are muscle building. Muscle weighs more than fat so that is why I am not losing weight apparently. I didn't do my leg lifts today since my legs felt all wibbly wobbily. My friend had me come with her to walk around the mall today, a long as hell mall. However I did do my sit ups and push ups, and some arm exercises.

Today I ordered with swagbucks a Japanese soup/rice bowl. I figure it would be perfect cause I think that is portion size so I won't over eat. and when I eat smaller bowls of soup I will feel like I am eating more since it goes up higher in the bowl.

We ordered Chinese today. pretty much that is all I ate today. I ate one 90 calorie bar and 120 calorie sweets. It is cool. I think I got less than 1000 not sure.

Tomorrow my friend wants me to go to the gym with her for 3 to 4 hours, I am a bit scared but happy. Not sure how exercising that long so early will do to me. I might just pass out. I never used a bike or trendmill that long.
