Now, I have reduced my calories, started to do some excercises. And want to get into shape. I kinda have to break habits of sitting on my bed eating chocolate doing swagbucks.com and such. I have to get into a work out routine. So if you have suggestions on what work outs I can do, please let me know.
I also don't eat any meat besides poultry. I can't touch mint of any kind but if you know anything healthy for me to eat, I would love to know about it. Fruit is expensive and I so wish to get it. why is it expensive?
I am a size 20 in pants now. I want to be down to a size 16 for the wedding at least so I can fit into a nice bridesmaid dress for my friend's wedding (saw awesome ones on amazon.com)
I plan on joining a gym soon. I just need to find the right gym for me, location and all that gym stuff. And I got to get over my phobia of being seen working out. As a huge reason I don't work out is due to the fact I always feel like people are staring at me working out. (that also means, no work out videos from me. Haha)
