Day 9 of trying to lose weight

Hey halie here, Yeah I got the days wrong again. hahaha, so stupid of me. I been busy with the diet, exercise and other stuff in my life that is making it hell that counting the days is not that important. :P As long as I do things I am suppose to do in the long run. Yep.

 < this is the onion thing compared to a real bowl, when I get the rice bowls I will do two more shots like that or more depending on the bowls. but this is the size of things.

< these are my weights I use, they are to help me strengthen my leg muscles.
 
Well today I was  busy seeing the doctor again. It is that time of year where you see each doctor yearly. It will be great when that part is over.
 
I put in more codes for kelloggs rewards. only 490 points on there. pitiful!
I finished my exercises while I waited for the video to load, however I can't remember what I ate today for the life of me. I hope it was under 1500 calories. still working out, doing my best. want to be in a size 16 in the next 15 months. though according to my doctor I still need to lose 100 pounds! if I do that I would so be half the person I am now. then I could use my clothes as flags and sails!

I also do sit ups, push ups, thigh master, some weird rope thing, and I can't think of what else I do. bend myself in an L?

I might start doing some yoga too soon to see how that helps.
