Day 11 on trying to lose weight

Hey Halie is here yet again. Gosh the sun is bright today. It was warmer than normal so I went for a walk to get the sunday paper. So worth it. I even found a snake on the path. How weird. Isn't it still too cold?

Awesomely my cat bowl came in today. No that is not a dish for a cat it is a Japanese rice/soup bowl with cats on it! hurray!
In comparison, eating out of the rice bowl is a lot less food. I mean for a while I was over filling the biggest, but I decided to go down. trying to figure out portion size in the next size was a bit harder. In fact American style bowls are so not styled for portion control. The Japanese one is. The bowl and even the half of the onion crisper I was using as a bowl hold about a cup worth of food, just slightly more. Most portion sizes are a cup since your stomach is only the size of your fist.

I been reducing calories yet, according to the calorie counters I am suppose to be taking in a min of 1800 some calories or else it is unhealthy. O.o correct me if I am wrong but isn't the diet set at 2000, so them telling me to eat 3000 some calories to maintain my weight and 2300 some calories to lose some weight is weird to me. I think 1500 is what women are suppose to eat, it is what I think I should stick to. Even though I know I been eating way more than that! I most likely use to consume about 3000 to 4000 calories a day. And don't gape and go that is a lot since a pizza is like 500 calories and that is a small one that is personal. Just think of the times you ate a whole pizza.

So the name of the game is control!
